Optional AI analysis reviews your full medication list for potential drug-drug interactions, conflicts with your recorded allergies, and food interactions — summarized in plain language with practical recommendations. You can run it on-device with Apple Intelligence, use the cloud option, or turn it off. Informational only: always confirm with your doctor or pharmacist.

Caregiver Sharing (CRX Plus)

Invite someone you trust by code, QR, or text message. You choose their permission level — from view-only to helping manage medications — and can revoke access anytime. Caregivers can get missed-dose alerts, leave notes, and every action is recorded in an audit log you can see.

Symptom Tracking & Insights

Log symptoms alongside your doses, then see adherence percentages, streaks, and patterns over 7, 30, or 90 days — including insights like which doses you tend to miss.

Prescription & Barcode Scanning

Scan a prescription label or a package barcode and CRX fills in the name, strength, and form for you. Add up to six photos per medication so you always know which pill is which.

Pharmacy & Refill Tracking

Save your pharmacies once and link them to each medication, with tap-to-call. Days-supply tracking estimates when you'll run out and reminds you a week before.

Apple Health

Optionally sync dose records to Apple Health, and read and write vitals through HealthKit — entirely under your control.

Doctor Visit Export

Generate a medication summary PDF — current medications, schedules, safety analysis, and adherence — to share with your healthcare provider, plus CSV/PDF dose-history export.

Works Offline

Your medications, schedules, and history live on your device, so viewing and logging work without a connection. Changes sync securely across your devices when you're back online.
